The 6S pillars, Sort (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shine (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), Sustain (Shitsuke), and Safety provide a methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive and safe work environment.
