understanding of QuarkXPress or InDesign
and Photoshop. The program will be
fundamental in designing a publication of
eight or more pages that will be made
ready for the commercial printer. Students
are encouraged to bring a project and all
its materials for the first day of class. The
eight sessions will cover basic design and
layout strategies for multi-page documents,
as well as the principles of printing.
