'' The Certificate of Construction Project Management is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the process of a construction project and provide the tools that are necessary to estimate or manage a construction project. The certificate requires 9 semester hours of credit, with a grade of B or better in each course. The following courses are included in the certificate program:
CET 445 Construction Planning and Scheduling
CET 460 Construction Cost Estimating
CET 465 Construction Project Management
CET 310 is a prerequisite for these required courses. It is offered every Fall semester.
