'' Yellow Belts will be able to actively participate as a Core Team Member of a Six Sigma process improvement team using the DMAIC Methodology, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. They work directly with the Green Belt or Black Belt leader.
This course consists of five days of basic training that prepares the Yellow Belt to support Six Sigma breakthrough and process improvement projects. The participants will be given a comprehensive exam at the end of the workshop to assess their competence in the use and application of DMAIC tools and methodology.
