'' The industry involves not only fashion and accessory design but also a wide range of related business aspects including buying, merchandising and marketing. This course will offer graduates with a professional awareness and sound technical knowledge of fashion merchandising the opportunity to enter the industry.

As a student you will develop a technical understanding of all aspects of fashion merchandising including business, quality assurance and evaluation, visual merchandising and consumer behaviour. You will find the course is largely practical and orientated to working in the industry with whom there are strong links. You will acquire technical knowledge and be expected to develop your analytical, investigative and communication skills.

The courses are creatively designed to combine the use of technology and media in project work orientated to the fashion industry. Throughout the course you will experience learning in an international cultural and social context and this will be a solid foundation from which to begin your career in the fashion industry.
