'' Hong Kongs position as a leading Asian business centre has resulted in a strong advertising, packaging and branding sector. This course is designed to develop creative and conceptually aware graduates who have good technical skills and professional knowledge which will enhance this sector of the creative industries.
As a student you will be able to take advantage of the facilities provided by the Department, including the packaging prototyping workshop, digital publishing and printing studio, digital film and television recording studio and 3D computer animation laboratory. You will study printing and packaging technology, media concepts, consumer behaviour, mass communication and advertising techniques. This theoretical and cultural knowledge is combined with practical, creative project work during which you will also be expected to develop your management, interpersonal and communication skills.
In the Final year you will have the opportunity to integrate all aspects of the course in a personal project which will demonstrate your readiness to enter industry. ...''
