'' This one day training program will provide participants with an understanding of the function of minutes in meetings and knowledge of the rules regarding minutes. On completion of the program participants will be able to construct an effective agenda; understand what is required of them before, during and after a meeting; and be familiar with the particular language used in minute taking. Best of all, they will take minutes with clarity and accuracy.
