'' In this one day workshop you will explore the theories and processes underlying effective professional supervision. You will examine the ethical and legal requirements as well as practical case studies to enhance your skill level and confidence as a supervisor. Participation is also expected to support your eligibility in becoming a recognised supervisor
�Review basic expectations of supervisors across the professions of psychology, counselling and social work. �Explore the use of reflective practice in supervision. �Learn to negotiate supervision contracts that balance mentoring and support with monitoring, accountability and evaluation considerations. This seminar is suitable for both beginning and experienced supervisors of practitioners in a range of health care and community settings. It is expected that participating psychologists, social workers and counsellors will enhance or maintain their eligibility to become registered supervisors. A certificate of attendance is provided to all participants for Professional Development purposes. ...''
