Course Description:
'' Yoga and writing have this in common: those who master the art, master themselves. In combination, these practices are doubly meaningful as participants learn to expand, centre, and move through inner obstacles with courage and clarity. In this course, you will be guided in journal writing and yoga movements with two experienced facilitators. The yoga is not only a catalyst to cultivate the writers voice, but it also sets the stage for writing that translates and transforms our life experience into uplifting stories and perspectives. Slow down, be present, renew yourself, and nourish your spirit. No writing or yoga experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat, small blanket, journal, and pen.
