The MSCE graduate program requires a minimum grade point average of 3.0 for graduation. Only grades of A, B, and C are accepted for graduate credit. The thesis option program requires a minimum of 30 graduate credits. At least 18 credits must be graduate level courses and 6 credits must be taken as thesis research (CE 5398 and CE 5399). The non-thesis option of the MSCE program requires a minimum of 33 graduate credits; at least 21 of these credits must be graduate level courses, and 6 credits must be taken as graduate Design Project (CE 5396 and CE 5397). No more than three courses in construction management area can be applied toward the MSCE. For both options, the students can count a maximum of 6 credits of undergraduate courses approved for graduate credit.
