What you will learn

The Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) has been developed to provide Property Consultants and Assistant Property Managers with the knowledge and skills to perform effectively in their job. Where the course may lead

Completion of the Certificate IV provides the student with a strong lead into the Diploma of Property Services. The Diploma is the required qualification to register as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager.



Delivery Method

Training is delivered either through distance learning or class based training, student’s progress will be evaluated through assignments, class based activities, maintenance of a training record book and a final workplace assessment. Due to its on-the-job training requirement this course is only available to those already employed in the real estate industry.
