The business has been built on the philosophy that we are here to work in partnership with our clients to provide them with the best solutions that are the most effective based on their needs and desired outcomes.

When Pat started the business, she did it with the belief that a customized approach was the only way to create a true partnership versus providing "off the shelf" solutions. With this in mind, she began designing and developing programs that were relevant and up to date, and could be customized to mimic the clients�culture and specific audience requirements. The business has grown and, as a result, now has over 80 programs developed.

Through the years, the marketplace demanded other services to augment training, so Pat aligned with Profiles International as a strategic partner, and started offering clients assessment tools, so they could start to benchmark and measure the behaviours of their people. The business has also expanded to include one-on-one performance coaching, self study guides and eLearning offerings.

The success of ETL has come from a passion and belief that we really can make a difference. Our clients, who range from long term relationships to brand new, recognize early on that we are aligned with them, and will do "the right thing" versus the most profitable thing. We will learn as much as we can about their culture and their pain points and work alongside them to find solutions that create results as well as meet their budgetary requirements.

Never a business to "let moss grow", we have ensured that we can meet the needs of certain industries. One such example is in Construction, where we have Gold Seal certified our programs so that our construction clients can provide their people with applicable solutions, and also give them the gold seal hours that they need.
