Our learning design for workshops is to emphasize group interaction. Much of what people need to know, the ’working intelligence’ that gets the job done, is in the room at any workshop. So when we facilitate a workshop we keep the ’talking head’ in the closet and instead facilitate tons of interaction around cases and problems that grow the people in the room.
